CHOIR AND MUSIC MINISTRY
At Grace Episcopal, music is an integral ministry offering all people the opportunity to become involved in worship. Weekly services, which incorporate hymns and anthems, involve the congregation, choir, instrumentalists, and other individuals with the aim of worshiping musically as one.
Supporting congregational singing and enhancing worship, the Adult Choir provides opportunities for adults high-school age and older to worship through song.
The choir sings for weekly services at 10:30 AM in addition to other liturgically significant events during the months of September through May.
All are welcome to participate regardless of previous experience.
The choir rehearses Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM.
GK Choir is for children five years of age through fifth grade. While regularly singing during services, GK Choir also traditionally participates in the annual Christmas Pageant.
This group offers children an enjoyable and educational musical experience during rehearsals each Wednesday at 5:30 PM, September through May.
Join us throughout the year for special music services, including our Outdoor Jazz Mass, annual Lenoir Sax Concert, and more.
