CEMETERY RECORDS
Grace Episcopal Church was founded in 1845, and the earliest graves date soon thereafter. There is a cross section of Burke County through the years buried there, including early settlers, slaves, Civil War veterans, up to the present day.
On All Saints’ Day 2019, Fr. Marshall composed and led a cemetery tour, noting several historic individuals buried there. A self-guided tour can be found here.
