CHILDREN AND YOUTH MINISTRY
At Grace we value the spiritual development of all people and we realize that spiritual development begins at birth. We strive to create meaningful opportunities for our children and youth to connect with God, themselves, and their neighbors. We hope that as a church we can be a place of refuge and comfort in an ever changing world.

NURSERY
Sundays, 9:30am-11:30am
Nursery is provided every Sunday morning, year-round, during the Sunday School hour and during worship for children birth through 5 years old. We realize that for caregivers it can be difficult to immerse yourself in the service with little ones. During the worship hour, a Bible story is read with a coordinating craft or activity, a snack, and the children are brought over to the sanctuary for Holy Eucharist. However, infants and children are always welcome in the service! This is their house of worship too!

SUNDAY SCHOOL
September-May, 9:30am-10:15am
Sunday School runs September-May, from 9:30am-10:15am downstairs in our parish hall for children PreK – 5th grade. Age-appropriate activities and lessons are designed to help our children learn more about the Bible, their faith, and the church community. We are currently using the Shine Curriculum.

JAVA WITH FATHER JOLLY
2nd Wednesday of the Month, 4:00pm, September-May
Java with Father Jolly is a monthly gathering of our Middle and High Schoolers with Father Marshall and Brittany. It is a time of fellowship, meaningful conversation, and of course coffee and snacks!

ACOLYTES
Acolytes at Grace help to ensure a smooth service and assist in worship by carrying the processional cross, lighting candles, and performing other duties as requested by the Deacon or Rector. Becoming an acolyte is a great way for our children and youth to get involved and to learn more about Episcopal worship.
In addition to these reoccurring opportunities, we offer other exciting events for various ages such as Backpack Blessing, Christmas Pageant, Pancake Supper, Easter Egg Hunt, Camp Christbound, Fifth Sunday Fellowship Activities, Movie Nights, and more!
"Let no one despise your youth, but set the believers an example in speech and conduct, in love, in faith, in purity."
